Those were the EXACT WORDS of the man I traded BBQ tips and tricks with 30 years ago.  Everyone I have made it for is always back for more!  Pork, Ribs, Chicken, Brisket, Fish, Shrimp, Salmon, ANYTHING smoked, Omelettes, Hashbrowns, and we are still finding new stuff to try....... ENJOY!

What Dawg Sauce Is.... and What It Isn't

Dawg Sauce is a North Carolina sauce that makes everything (well, everything that I've tried it on) taste better!  It's not a hot sauce (although it has a bit of "back heat.")  It's not JUST a barbeque sauce.  Try it and see for yourself!
